The logos is the general Word of God that communicates His ability to do something, or His general will on a matter while rhema is the Word the Holy Spirit quickens to us for a situation.The rhema we receive is a small part of the complete written Word. When part of that written Word becomes real in our heart, it becomes rhema or the living word in our heart.
